- #TV #Industry [BBC Industry](https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000pb89) - Really looking forward to this one. I've been watching Industry since Season 1 and it's absolutely fantastic - I love it. The show follows young bankers and traders as they navigate the high-pressure, glamorous world of high finance in the aftermath of the 2008 collapse. The drama, the intensity, the character development - it's all top-tier television. Can't wait to see what Season 4 brings.

### 🏓 Gateway Table Tennis Group Session
Great Monday evening session at Gateway Baptist Church with the #96 Gateway TT group. Really productive two hours from 18:00-20:00 focusing on skill development and competitive play.
**Session Focus:**
- **Attacking & Blocking**: Worked on precision control of the ball during attacking shots and defensive blocks. Players showing good improvement in ball placement and timing.
- **Depth Training**: Practiced controlling shot depth - keeping the ball deep to push opponents back and mixing with short balls to move them forward. Essential skill for tactical play.
- **Team Match Competition**: Finished with an exciting team game between two tables. Split the group into teams and played matches against each other - brilliant competitive atmosphere and everyone engaged. Great way to put the skills into practice under match pressure.
The combination of focused technical work followed by competitive play really works well. Players leave energized and with clear areas to practice before next week.

- Picked up returned item from InPost (Vinted return) - 5h 46m task
- Completed weekly note writing project: Switched to Claude Sonnet 4.5 and wrote comprehensive 2026-W04 weekly note - 5h 34m task
**Evening:**
- Finalized yesterday's tournament administration:
- Completed and processed all results from 25th January tournament and sent to Table Tennis England
- Processed and sent all tournament results to the players
Productive day wrapping up last weekend's tournament while running tonight's coaching session.

### 🤖 AI & Workflow Development
Added new "enable voice" mode preference to my Clawdbot user profile. When I say "enable voice", Clawdbot will now:
1. Use voice to announce what it's about to do
2. Narrate actions during the steps it's taking
3. Confirm completion with voice at the end
This creates a more conversational and informative workflow, perfect for when I'm working at my desk and want to hear what's happening in real-time.
