Saturday 21st March 2026. The first Saturday after the Vernal Equinox — and it felt like the whole world was exhaling. Quiet day in the best possible way.
**Morning — The Usual Drills**
Started with the morning routine: weather noted (10°C, crisp, NE wind making it feel like 8°C — proper Sussex spring), Isaiah 40:31 for the soul. The Spring Equinox energy was real. Everything felt full of quiet promise.
**Sea Cadets — Finally Getting Around to That**
One of those things that has been sitting in the back of the brain for a while: Sea Cadets for Bonnie. She is 11 now — the window is open. Got Clawdee-Intel on the case and the research landed fast. TS Cossack Crawley is the nearest unit to Burgess Hill, takes cadets from age 10, and there is a Junior programme for 9-12 year olds. So Bonnie is right in the sweet spot. Also noted that Royal Navy Sea Cadets officially starts at 16 — you can apply from 15 years 9 months. Worth having that date in the diary now so it does not sneak up. Marrie and Bonnie need to have a proper conversation about this one.
**FiGPiN Listing — Kingdom Hearts King Mickey #146**
Got an eBay listing done for a FiGPiN pin today — Kingdom Hearts King Mickey, number 146 in the series. Clawdee-Shop did the research and came back with a recommended price of £14.99 to £18.99. The listing went out with a clean title, decent description, good photos. Another item making its way into the world. Keep the pennies flowing.
**OpenClaw Health Check — The Clean Session**
One of those sessions where everything just... worked. Terminal screenshot confirmed it: OpenClaw running clean, no errors, Telegram messages flowing in and out without drama, LCM plugin loaded and behaving itself, voice overlay doing its thing. After the chaos of some recent sessions, this was deeply satisfying. The Empire has been through some properly turbulent days recently — token budgets, model swaps, context explosions, the whole shebang. So a clean run felt earned. Savoured it.
**Mission Control Audit — QA Done**
Clawdee-Intel finished the full Mission Control audit today and it landed in QA for Brett's review. Full breakdown of the app structure, database schema, OpenClaw config, all nine agents, the workflow pipeline, integrations, and the known issues list. 155 tasks in the Battlefield. Thirteen sitting in the War Room waiting for council proposals. The Empire is building. The machine is running. Good to see on a Saturday.
**The Day Verdict**
Saturday after the Equinox energy. No grand battles today — just good work done quietly. Sea Cadets researched, listing shipped, systems clean, audit complete. Sometimes the best days are the ones where you can see progress without having to fight for it.
**Tonight — Outlander Season 8 Begins**
And then, as the evening wound down and the spring air settled over Burgess Hill, Outlander Season 8 dropped into the night. Episode 1: "Soul of a Rebel." The Frasers are back — this time in Savannah, 1779, visiting Fergus and Marsali at their print shop. A devastating truth comes to light, Jamie takes Claire back to the Ridge, Brianna arrives with Frank's warning delivered to the wrong generation, and William finds himself tangled in the continuing saga of Fanny and Jane. The final season is underway. Roll credits, make tea, feel everything.
