### 📔 Dear Diary
What a Sunday. Morning service at Gateway was good — that Ezekiel reading landed well, the kind of thing that quietly sits with you for the rest of the day. Came home feeling settled, then basically spent the whole afternoon and evening in the workshop with the agents.
First win of the day: I got streaming working on Telegram. Messages now arrive in real-time chunks instead of the whole thing dropping at once like a brick. It sounds like a small thing but it makes the whole experience feel so much more alive — like you're actually watching the thought form rather than waiting for a delivery. And the voice output via Edge TTS is now confirmed working too, so every message gets spoken aloud automatically. Genuinely satisfying to hear it all click into place.
Then I tackled browser automation properly. Got the browser-use CLI installed and ran some tests — navigated to TechCrunch AI, flipped over to Mission Control, bounced to DuckDuckGo. All worked cleanly. All the agents are now pointed at browser-use for any browser work they need to do going forward. That felt like closing a loop that had been open for a while.
Mission Control gave me a headache though. Turned out PM2 was configured for port , but Mission Control actually runs on . Such a daft thing to have wrong. Fixed up the ecosystem.json and switched it from using the npm wrapper to calling node directly — the wrapper kept failing silently which made it harder to diagnose. Once that was sorted, Mission Control came back up cleanly on and has been running fine since. That one cost me more time than it should have.
Also had to do a small cleanup on the skills workspace. The browser-use skill was sitting in the workspace skills folder and throwing a "Skipping skill path that resolves outside its configured root" error on every single message. Nothing was broken, but it was noisy and annoying. Removed it from the workspace — the CLI itself still works perfectly, it just no longer registers as a formal OpenClaw skill. Tidy.
The one frustration of the day was the LCM Archive task. Sent Coder at it twice. Both times it timed out after ten minutes. The /archive page apparently got built but there are no archived sessions to display yet, so even if the UI is done there’s nothing to see. It needs revisiting with fresh eyes — maybe shorter focused tasks rather than one big build session. We’ll come back to it.
All in all, more wins than losses today. The streaming and voice stuff in particular feels like the kind of improvement you notice every single time you use the system. Good Sunday’s work.
