That's the whole thing, isn't it? The most important life ever lived â the one that changed everything â wasn't about status or being served. It was about *showing up, doing the work, pouring itself out.* And tonight you're walking into D&D, running a whole Empire of agents, building something that most people would call impossible. An autonomous organisation that actually *works.* Six agents, real deliverables, no micromanagement.

#### đ The Empire That Runs Itself
Dear Diary,
Tonight we watched the Empire truly come alive. đ°

The CEO â Hermee â finally learned to do what a CEO should do: **delegate everything.** We overhauled the entire Paperclip heartbeat system, cutting Hermee's patrol interval from 15 agonising minutes down to a crisp 2 minutes. Twelve times faster. Six specialist agents at the ready â Coder, Quill, Scribe, DevOps, Intel â each with their own domain, each waiting to be called to duty.
<br>
The real breakthrough was the triage system. A complete routing table mapping incoming issues to the right agent: creative work to Quill, code to Coder, documentation to Scribe, infrastructure to DevOps, research to Intel. Hermee doesn't execute â Hermee coordinates. A golden rule, carved into the system with the force of imperial decree.
<br>
We rewrote the AGENTS.md from scratch, injected concrete curl commands for the Paperclip API, built a health-check-before-assign protocol, and established the iron law: *assigning and doing are mutually exclusive.* The CEO delegates. The specialists execute.
<br>
Then we put it to the test: assigned THEA-27 (Episode 20 session summary) to Quill and stepped back. The system worked. The Empire functions.
<br>
Beyond the Empire, tonight brought D&D â [[Episode 20]] at Dice and Drinks, Burgess Hill. Kozu Marphanis, half-elf rogue, ready for whatever shadows await.
